Here's our story, of three families sharing a love of coffee and of wine and of laughter and gathering, who in a wild series of ideas and events ended up with an ambition far greater than any of us had envisioned on our own. Sketches of Summit Farms from as early as 2020 are scattered on various napkins, envelopes, with middle-of-the-night emails when an audacious idea needs a place to land.

What started as a need for Summit Coffee to build a permanent headquarters, evolved into a passion for hospitality and placemaking. Constant in all iterations of Summit Farms was an added desire to be more connected to where our food comes from, and create that opportunity for others. How can we bring more people into nature, to a place where time seems less important and where the ultimate goals are joy and serenity?

We are so thrilled to share this dream, these many many dreams, with you. Our ambition is to create a space where hospitality is always the priority, where people gather and talk and laugh and reconnect. We cannot wait to open our doors and walk these paths with all of you.
